Students will be working on creative writing intermittenly throught the rest of the term. I will be encouraging students to take part in this at home to supplement their limited time at school. I have also opened up my classroom at lunch time on Monday's as a space where students may come and work on their creative works, share with others, and provide feedback and suggestions to improve their writing or illustrating. Also, for those who are interested, there is a publication called Kimberlins that publish Nova Scotian student works every year. The deadline for these submissions is June 30th, 2015, and the link for the requirements and application is below.
